Brief Overview/Description - Connect to Cure is a project funded by the Levy Health Care Delivery Incubator. In the seminar, Dr. De Gijsel shares the experience of the multidisciplinary team to innovate care for people at risk of drug and sex-related harms. He discusses the design process the incubator employs and presents findings of interviews with stakeholders. He describes the intervention, which seeks to provide immediate linkage to care for people actively using drugs who test positive for hepatitis C or HIV by relying on trusted community liaisons and real-time video-assisted telemedicine.
