Brief Overview/Description
One of the major challenges facing those working with people with HIV (PWH) is the increased potential for burnout, which results in increased turnover and reduces quality of care. Dr. Ginossar presents a study that examined the relationship among HIV healthcare providers’ burnout and organizational culture including teamwork, involvement in decision-making, and critical appraisal at Ryan White Program clinics.
