The CT HIV Planning Consortium (CHPC) is a collaborative body focused on addressing the HIV epidemic through coordinated efforts in prevention, care, and support across the state of Connecticut. Comprised of community members, healthcare providers, and public health officials, the consortium meets monthly to ensure that voices from diverse communities are represented in decision-making processes. CHPC aims to improve health outcomes and reduce disparities by promoting innovative strategies, resource sharing, education, and advocacy.
