The Connecticut NEAETC Program and CT DPH's HIV Prevention Program are excited to introduce a new Community of Practice (CoP) initiative focused on HIV PrEP for all HIV Prevention-funded sites across Connecticut. This initiative aims to foster collaboration, share best practices, and enhance our collective efforts in increasing PrEP awareness and access.
This CoP will be the first of its kind as we examine the implementation of HIV PrEP assessments, referrals, & reporting among all the HIV Prevention funded sites across Connecticut.
Attendees of our virtual kick-off event can expect:
- An overview of what our CoP Initiative entails.
- A review of your HIV PrEP survey results.
- An overview of future trainings centered on workforce development & programmatic interventions to improve PrEP goals and healthcare outcomes.
This CoP Initiative will help invigorate our drive for success and help foster an improved relationship between all the HIV Prevention sites across the state.
